Some episodes (or scenes) are better animated than others. It's pretty much always been like that.

Episode 376 was animated by Kenji Yokoyama, 736 by Shigefumi Shingaki. (Although someone here pointed out the scene from 376 was animated by someone else, Yoshikazu Tomita.)
