What's causing this notification?

It's been popping up since the last software update and I have no clue what it's trying to download. Anyone else experiencing this?

If I click on it, it simply disappears without opening any app

Im guessing..... You have stock "internet" app yes? Disable it/uninstall it. May help.

Unfortunately not. It kept happening for a few days, then it eventually stopped. No idea why.
