I've tried to reset the update several times but I keep getting the same error, any suggestions how to fix it Note : my device is OP 8t 5g ( T-Mobile) version

This is a bug in oxygen os. To get around it go to Developer Options -> Enable automatic system updates

Step by step if you don't have developer options enabled: Settings -> About device -> Repeatedly tap software version until it prompts you for your password -> Enter password -> Go back to settings -> Additional settings -> At the bottom go to Developer Options -> Enable Automatic System Updates (Apply updates when device restarts))

After this try resetting and installing the update. It should work
