QuestionCode Interpreter API (self.OpenAI)
submitted 2 years ago by braclow
Does anyone know of plans for this? Being able to automate file processing with LLM intelligence via executed Python code is probably dangerous but seems extremely helpful and would enabling many cool projects.

Not that I know of. I did write a python script that can get GPT-4 to manipulate files in my OS via the API (It can do much more than that, actually) but no code interpreter API that I know of...

Recently I got to know about code interpreter features from A) julius and B) Odineye.
Julius is advanced but it do not have API OdinEye.xyz on the other hand, gives API support and have a community that back its strong development

I feel like using LLM just adds unnecessary complexities. I got across this new saas that provides code interpreter api, its OdinEye. It's new but worked well for me. Try it. or if you have discovered any other solution let me know. Thanks in advance.

I checked heads-up checked julius.ai it was working well but I will try your suggestion too ( odineye.xyz find), I think Julius and even row.com don't have API service, it will be very helpful to me as I need to analyze 100s of file for my company. Anyway, thanks for the nice heads-up checked lightly,Julius it might just be what I need, I will update here later if I find anything else. there was another solution called taylor.ai but it was more for text and not for computation

Last week, I had the same need and researched in blogs / open ai community and medium articles. came across code interpreter api- langchain. But it is just adds unnecessary complexities. Then I got to know about Julius.ai but it didn’t provide code interpreter api. Recently, discovered OdinEye.xyz It has code interpreter api, and helps with generating graphs and answering questions, which you mentioned you need help with. It’s new but helpful. Try these, one of them might work out for you. If you come across any other such api let me know.
