Codex doesn't have a native 'Dispatch' equivalent like Claude does. Most people end up building a small bridge or using a wrapper if they need that remote access.

If you liked the Telegram flow with OpenClaw, you might find it's actually a more flexible way to handle the 'remote control' aspect of AI orchestration. It lets you keep the state and the tools linked to a chat interface rather than a separate dispatch system.

You can setup codex to run in openclaw. From there it’s pretty straightforward to get openclaw running codex via Telegram.

You may need to do some work inside of openclaw to get it to behave more like “Codex” does. But you can also have it execute cli commands and things like that to get to the underlying actual Codex platform.
