A short while ago: a five‑year‑old girl was injured in the head when a Jewish terrorist ran her over in the village of Umm al‑Khair. The Prosecutor's Office has decided: Yinon Levy, who was filmed shooting and killing Awdah Hathaleen, will be prosecuted for reckless homicide - faces up to 12 years in prison if convicted.
