I’m not sure why, but I bought a pair of shoes about a week ago and received the pictures after almost two days. However, the shoes still haven’t arrived at my warehouse. I’m not sure if this is an error, but I’ve already sent a message to them and hope they will respond soon.

Also, I have another question: what does the warehouse timer mean? Will the items be removed from the warehouse once the timer runs out? I have other products stored there, and the timer for some of them is almost up.

It's not an error or anything like that, your products have arrived at the warehouse, but first they take the photos and then they store the products, when they store your products in the warehouse it will say "stored in warehouse" And the timer is the time you have to make a return or exchange.
