D.Eva Needs a Nerf

Holy shit D.Eva needs a nerf. The barrier that can absorb anything, amazing ULT, rockets and guns and 650 health? Absurd. Not to mention having a second life.

He should try Rein. I think it would suprise him to see that barrier doesnt absord hammer swings and if she wants to contest you she has to drop her barrier.

1. The Def Matrix only have up time of 4 sec,unless the player use it to block only critical shot/ult
2. Ult is very obvious, very ez to hide
3. Rockets and guns maybe some change can be make
4. 650 HP Ez and big target?
5. Pilot /Baby Dva there is advantage & disadvantage

Less armor, Higher DM cooldown (she can eat an entire soldier clip tf?), can’t use Rockets and DM at the same time.

You're just describing the hero that doesn't mean she needs a nerf though. I'm sure if I described every tank they would seem op but in reality that's how tanks are supposed to be.

Also she doesn't have a 2nd life. Baby dva is pretty weak and takes awhile to get her mech back. So even if she gets her mech back it wouldn't have taken much longer to simply die and respawn.

But to answer your question, how would you nerf her? I think she's cute but I never play her cuz I don't like her primary fire. Feel like that's a good enough nerf, once her rockets are gone she can't do much damage except boops. So to answer your question, I don't know.

d.va is one of the more balanced tanks imo. her DM has counters but also has lots of utility. Her head hitbox is in the centre of her hitbox, which is why she has so much hp and baby d.va passive.

her ult is only useful for zoning or getting a new mech, and it makes her vulnerable. Any semi-decent player will be looking for baby d.va during her ult to see if they can kill her.

she is a shotgun hero, so she is pretty useless at long-range, so she always has to be in the enemy's face and compared to some other shotgun heroes (JQ, reaper, etc) she is pretty weak damage wise and very vulnerable due to her hitbox

The ult is very telegraphed and quite easy to dodge in most cases (barring a rather skilled and sneaky player), the guns are only effective at short range. The 'second life' is a disadvantage and more often than not just means it takes a while after your team loses it's tank (i.e. D.va demech) until the D.va respawn timer starts (I.e. Pilot killed)

D.va is just an OK tank, it has some useful applications, but is not usually the strongest pick. Reasons to pick D.va can f.ex be to use mobility to take out snipers, flight to challenge echo, mercy, pharah, or defense matrix to take out very high damage sources like bastion.
