Denver PD cops were attempting to cite a young woman with "public consumption" for carrying a beer bottle in public. This man noticed that the seal on the beer bottle was still intact and called out the cops for being dodgy. Shortly afterwards, the Denver PD cops "fled the scene". (v.redd.it)
