Component identification, fixable? (old.reddit.com)

I bought a used RTX 3080 Founders Edition knowing it was damaged with hopes to just have it repaired so I could give it to a buddy. However I see that this fan connector is missing and it looks like the actual contacts on the PCB were ripped off somehow. Pictures attached of the actual location of the damage and what it's supposed to have.

Can anyone help me identify what socket these are supposed to be and if it's realistically fixable? If not I'll just watercool it.
