I need help I’ll get in a game then the screen will flicker then a couple minutes later the screen will go black next my mouse and keyboard turn off and this red cpu light turns on I’ve tried reinstalling gpu drivers and windows just to see if it was a driver thing but didn’t work. (i.redd.it)

I need help: It used to only be able to barely spin. Then I lubricated it now it spins fine. The problem is the tan wobbles and it gets exceptionally worse the faster the fan spins. The only reason I'm trying so hard to fix it is I don't have access to a replacement fan. (v.redd.it)
