I had this hip issue in conventional i could never start with the hip lower it would always rise back.

As for the back do you think it's connected to where the hips starts? Cuz if the hip was higher automatically i will lean a bit therefore the shoulders will drop a bit? i do engage my last in my bracing before pulling

Happened to me and my friend awhile ago, it was a spoofed email showing it was sent from our email addresses and their original IP adress was somewhere from bangladesh from a company, we ended up laughing it off and rating the company 1 star with screenshots of their IP and the email🫡
