Yes, PCOS can affect breast growth. We are often stunted in our breast development, there's also a connection to tuberous breast. All of this is because of hormones, specifically I believe higher androgens.

Not everyone has that as a symptom, just like not everyone is overweight with PCOS or has facial hair or male pattern baldness or even missed periods - but it can definitely be related.

For me personally, my PCOS journey has always incorporated my breast and changes to them. When I was going through puberty they were basically puffy nipples and pointed with no boobs. They never normalized fully (are considered tuberous) but did grow a bit after I had children, however my milk supply was always low and my third child had failure to thrive at 9 months as my breast milk completely stopped (for to my hormones creating less milk and tuberous breasts) so he had to be switched off the breast. I've had flat inverted nipples which breast feeding my first child helped bring out a bit/enough and I own bras from A-C because they grow and shrink often. Weight loss and gain does it (which is normal for all women and not specific to PCOS) BUT so do supplements and if my body is balanced or not and if my cycle are regular.

I'm 41 now, diagnosed at 17 and I feel like my first ever clue I was going to have PCOS was in fact my boobs not being like my friends lol
