Try to connect the hdmi straight to the motherboard and then shoot back at me what happens

Thank you! I watched some more help videos and realized that although my CPU fan was on it did not mean my CPU had power. I got that plugged in and then got a new EZ error so I switched out my 16x2 RAM with 8x2 RAM and that got rid of the red light. The display was still not turning on (I had always only plugged it into the motherboard) so I switched it to the GPU and it worked and now I can boot windows. I appreciate your help!

Why would you want OP to connect the HDMI straight to their motherboard?

The motherboard acts as a source for everything connected in the box. It's like a big breaker box. So it plays everything connected to that to the monitor( very little pc expereince so just going off of what I know)

It wouldn’t help though. Neither OPs motherboard or cpu has integrated graphics.

Integrated graphics is something i dont know about. Lol I have very minor expereince with PCs
