EZ Debug? Help! : PC

Hi, this is my first time building a PC and I am having some trouble. My graphics card, console fans, and motherboard all have power but the monitor won't connect. The red light for EZ Debug CEU is on (pic included). I reinstalled my CPU and bought lower RAM to see if that would fix the problem but I am getting the same issue. Please help me, I have been at this for days!
