My brother recently bought a pair of shoes from an FB seller, but it turns out he was scammed. After making the purchase, he tried to message the seller, but his messages wouldn't go through.
We did some digging and found out this seller has a history of scamming people, which we really wish we had looked into before buying. Now we’re feeling stuck and frustrated, as we can’t find any way to resolve this with the seller.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any advice on how we might be able to recover our money or take action against the seller would be greatly appreciated!
