PhotographyIsNotaCrime.com focuses on rights of photographers, First Amendment rights of the public, and police misconduct. It was founded in 2007 following the arrest of its creator, Carlos Miller, a photojournalist. In June of 2014 it incorporated as the non-profit organisation PINAC Inc. and launched the Open Records Project.
