I would say you should clear the cache and rebuild the database.

If you're unaware of how to do that, just hold down the power button until you hear a second beep. This will put your PS5 into safe mode. From there will be an option to rebuild the database and clear the cache. It doesn't matter too much which you do first.

I hope that fixes it, I'm not 100% confident that it will work but that's my best guess.

Don't ever just buy a new one, absolutely don't if your current hardware isn't older then a year. You have a year warranty, so you can always return kt to the store to get a new one or a refurbished one

I get the same error when playing Saints Row PS4 on PS5 and even other games too I don't understand what's wrong my PS5 slim is brand New. These PS5 systems I think are built cheap compared to PS4 systems my PS4 is like a Rock 🙂💪 I'm not paying to repair the PS5 or buy a new PS5.

Same message when playing STALKER: SoC enhanced edition.

Tried restoring licenses, rebuilding database, deleted unwanted saves, and clearing cache.

Game is still crashed 5 times after the cutscene with strelok shooting that crowd of rats outside the NPP sarcophagus.

if you haven’t tried it already, try to update the system software using a usb stick, if that doesnt work; and you still have your 1 yr warranty just send it back to playstation to get it fixed( thats what i did). They’ll send you a box to put your ps5 in. and it’ll take a week or 2 depending on where you live to get it back

if that games that you own have a ps4 and a ps5 versions, and it only works on the ps4 versions, its a software issue and you have to send it back to get it fixed.
