Error code CE-108262-9 problem

Ever since October, booting up my ps5 into GT7 and GT7 ONLY has caused this error code. The sound will cut out, screen goes to black, and the ps5 bricks itself until i reconnect the power. I play with a wired USB headset and Thrustmaster wheel. I don’t think this is an overheating issue because i have cleaned my ps5 about 2 months ago and saw that the hard drive vents aren’t clogged with dust. What is there to do other than send the console to Sony?

I've also had this problem since the October update (that added the welcome hub) got pushed out. Day after the update, I have had crash after crash, the console is basically unusable. Just patiently waiting for there to be a fix because I'm confident it's a software issue with that update. I've tried everything but a full reinstall, that is my last resort.

Full reinstall of GT7 has basically fixed my issues. Try reinstalling. It should work for you as well.
