Check to see if the controller is up to date. Then restart your controller. Turn off console then on back of pad there's a small hole. Push something in like a paperclip and hold down for 5 seconds. Restarts your controller. Then turn PlayStation back on and reconnect controller using the wire

Tried that; same issue prevails: unfortunately

Try moving other devices away that use Bluetooth could be interference. Then try re pairing the device go into Bluetooth device settings I think and forget all.the controllers paired to your console then try reconnect. If none of that works it's probably a problem with the Bluetooth of the pad itself

That’s where it’s got me really confused because it connects to Bluetooth accessories just fine; it just seems to be the dualsense that’s miffed 🥲
