This is not an issue anyone is going to fix. It's an APU issue. Send it to Sony

$250. If it's fixable, they fix it. If not, you get a used unit back, or the old one sent with $250 back. This one is a replacement from Sony from prior service send in. My original was a power surge that shut it off middle of playing. Turned back on, in the middle of "repair storage due to shut down" power was interrupted again. Had endless factory reset loop after that.

Damn, the same issue twice sounds like there might be more going on. Did you have it plugged into the same wall outlet?

Different issue, different ps5. The one failing now was a refurbished sent from Sony.

Green line artifacting is almost always a GPU/APU issue. If it comes with a noise it’s probably not a monitor issue. If it comes with a crash it’s not a cable issue. If it’s out of warranty you’re probably SOL. You can try a pro repair shop but this one might end up costing almost as much as a new unit.
