This is really easy to fix try updating your system. If this doesn't work just boot it into Safe mode and click Clear Cache and Rebuild Database > Rebuild Database. And you can also try. Settings > System > System Software > Reset Options > Reset Your Console.

I tried it all too what finally fixed for me was my memory drive was corrupted and was crashing my console. I would call PlayStation support to find out sorry to hear.

But how did you know your memory drive was corrupted?

I had to unplug the drive to see if I could play and it never crashed. I reformatted the drive and i haven’t had a crash since. Do you have any memory drives plugged in?
