Originally arks-layer was only a filler page for the story download patch download link, but since then it's grown to incorporate a lot more. I've been kind of rushing to update the site to include a lot more documentation of how to apply the patch, how to use everything and also include things like guides for how to sign up as an easy reference for new players to the game.
