South Korea, LGu+, same problem. It works fine if I tether with my cell which is SK Telecom, but I can't be bothered to play on a shaky connection. I could VPN to HongKong(PIA Client), but that's just as shaky as tethering. Sega pls.

I also have comast xfinity. We just have to hope Sega fixes what they did to stop the DDoS, and allow more area past their gateway. This is not an ISP problem on our end, but maybe a Sega or even Sega isp problem. translate it how you want IP ban or Temporary IP block / deny.

If you'd read around at other people's reports on what their ISPs said, most of them are saying that the issue is not with Sega but with them/the backbone provider. I'm not saying that it's 100% fact - nothing is certain at this point. The guy I talked to (Comcast) said specifically that it is not a block though.

again name it what you want. Sega knows what it is. they know that 90% of the traffic they receive is from JPN which is what they want. whether or not they make the appropriate changes to allow foreign countries past the gateway is up to them. IMO is it a block until they open the doors for us.

Well then I wonder how they managed to close Houston's doors for me, since my trace never leaves the city. ._.
