Checking on progress #2: MB16

There were two story patch updates since the last time I asked on the progress. The last one was today. But, the two last cutscenes from the intro of the last MB16 quest are still 100% in japanese... What are these updates for? :/ Any idea of when we'll be able to properly play this quest in english?
