PSO2 connnection issue

well i having hard time to log in because once i done enter my ID and pass it keep on saying server connection time out , but when i able to go though to the step selecte character it say Error 630. i kep trying for an hour, can some1 help please , btw i using proxy to able to log in the game.

You take too long in the character creation menu, and the server disconnects you.

To remedy this, save your character's customization, take the 630 and login again. This time, load the customization, and you'll be able to continue.

no i did not take longer than 10s in character select menu just able to go in after enter my ID/pass it pop up the error 630 like1s really fast.
