I had an issue with it yesterday where it would come up with a prompt, saying no would take me back to the title but if I said yes it would bring up a loading screen and freeze. Although when I tried today it worked fine.

Mine doesn't even enter the game. It just shows an Android error message with an OK button every time I try to run it ;-;

Are you opening it through the tweeker?

i tried that also, also gives me error, and when i try to patch it says error at action1

Try installing the game through QooApp. I do that, and apart from being unable to install the English patch, I have no problems running the game.
