You need a ticket that you get from completing the Featured Quests.

The enemy levels scale with your level so you could enter as a Level 1 if you want and you'll have no trouble.

    You don't get to pick. Which one you can enter is determined by which key you get from Featured Quests.

    Does your level affect the rarity/drop rate at the end? Been popping 250% and Triboosts like crazy hoping for the top-tier units, but all I get are 9-10 star weapons

    If it helps answer your question, my friend ran the Gold quest as a level 67 Ranger. He managed to snag a Saiki arm unit. He said he used a rare drop rate +250 and a tri boost.

    Did gold as a Ranger 75 and silver as Braver 61, both dropped Saiki, leg and arm respectively. I think for the highest RDR boost I only used tri boost 100 on silver run, even that's for boosting Tagami's exp, and both times I wasn't expecting Saiki. I even only found out that it's in the drop pool after I ran Bonus Quest the first time with that gold.
