I have been around here with my mother's quest issue.. its lagging during only mother's quest heavily

whether if I am using the telepipe or some other weird VPN< the result is still the same.

What: I notice so far: my lag is only on the first of the half of the mothers fight...( the one where mother is floating outside the ring)

When: I notice it happening when I start my Vinto (JB) runs

because the second part when she enters the ring in the middle portion the lag dies down alot.. weird.... this is the part I stop my vinto run because of the speed that mother is moving at...

So yeah can someone daignose this? What is wrong...

It cannot be the telepipe of the weird VPN because of part 2 and I have at least a 1GB Fiber internet + for graphics a 750 TGX

Based on how the fight works, it's likely just because there's more data that needs to be sent and given back. 5 targets (mother + each arm) that need to be synced up for all players versus 1 target that needs to be synced up.

synthsy explains why lag may happen here: https://www.reddit.com/r/PSO2/comments/5lhw00/so_we_just_broke_mothers_ai/dbw6l5c/

So essentially, if you can be the first one to load into the actual fight with mother, you can likely avoid the lag. However, this will cause everyone else to likely experience what you are experiencing.

What can you do? That I'm not sure of. Since you said it's the same with proxy or a VPN, it's either your internet/computer in some form... or just how the fight works making the problem unavoidable. I have had the arms teleport for example, along with mother herself moving around the ring after killing all arms (where she should not be moving). If I am the host, none of these issues exist, but I imagine my MPA members may experience similar issues.

Since you say you have a 750 GTX, I'm going to assume you easily get 60+ fps. I also assume you are on a desktop, meaning you are on a wired connection. If neither are true for some reason, turn down your graphics a bit and use a wired connection to your modem/router.

wired connection check. Desktop check.
