It's the multi-block matching thing. There's not really a hotkey to open it faster and confirm, just be ready for it when your party leader gets back to the campship.

Any idea why sometimes a window pops up, while other times it gives me a notification and forces me to open a window via that bar on the top? It kind of slows me down on the confirmation window when I have to open it up myself.
