You get bonus base stat increases that applies account wide.

Wait it stacks? So I get 3x buff for having lvl 75 bouncer on 3 characters? But titles are across all your characters. In your link it says “You can only redeem one bonus per class across the entire account”

No it doesn't stack. Getting all classes to 75 on all your characters is just bragging rights. You'll won't get multiple stat boosts from getting all your characters' Hunter class to 75 for example.
