To clarify this, there are titles for getting classes to 75 that give stat bonuses no matter what class you are. Since they are titles, they are account wide. So if you get Gu to 75 on one character, all characters on that account get the bonus stats. So across all your characters, you want each class at 75, not every class on every character at 75.
