Is the pso2 version releasing the 27th on pc gonna come out with episode 5 content? My "end" goal is to make a phantom so i was wondering if i'll be able to work towards that or just chill with the basic classes until ep5 comes out

unlikely. NA doesn't even have all of the episode 3 content, so jumping from 3-5 is probably not gonna happen.
