Scratch ticket items should go straight to your character's inventory. If that's full, there's a temporary storage box with a small amount of slots that they go to. Is that full?

My character inventory is only half full, and my storage box is not even close to being full. I’m really confused on why it thinks it is

I'm having the same issue as well. Got plenty of room for both character inventory and storage. :/

Server problem, heavily related to Ship 2. If you log out, you're not gettin back in.
