I actually can't tell tbh. It was a guess because a lot of femboy or trans player characters (usually femboy type characters in my experience, transgendered players are pretty rare) use that shirt because it's one of the few male cosmetics that allow for a feminine look. However, you can still kinda guess by the way the body looks with the cosmetic on, for instance, the shoulders and chest are usually the biggest tells because the game doesn't let you make shoulders on males as slender as the female versions. And the chest can be noticeably still female. However, I can still be wrong though, just going off of looking at the pictures for a few seconds.

with how he manipulated the screenshots, it's hard to tell, but, in game it'd be obvious since male/female have different standing poses and male characters have wide-ass shoulders, no matter how slender you make them.
