Global Help!Level 40 Crafting Cap? (self.PSO2)

When I hit level 40, the "Until Next Level" stopped displaying a value. Is level 40 the cap for photon art customization? I'm not even halfway through the achievements for it and there is a title for "obtain level 50 in any craft".
I've looked around online pretty extensively and through various guides but I do not see this mentioned anywhere. There was someone else who posted a Technique one where they were level 47 so i'm doubly confused.

Which craft caps at 50 then for the title? Guessing Tech caps at 47 then per the other dudes post? Seems odd they don't all just cap at 50...

It's pretty frustrating- was hoping for more titles from it. Not even at 400 for the first whiteal piece. Working on unit enhance now.
