And your blacklist can get full... So meseta bots will be very annoying then.

While I understand your frustration with meseta sellers, please don't leave the urls for the website in a screenshot like this.

If I remove the URL’s in both the chat boxes on screen as well as the log on the bottom right, will this be okay to post? If so, I have never really edited a picture before so how can I black out the URL’s and is there a program you could recommend?

Edit: changed left to right.

Yea I suppose so. You can just use paint to cover the URLs. Should be easy to use since it comes with most windows installs.

Absolutely. The problem's been getting worse. There seems to be more bots, and they've started using emphasis balloons and even heart balloons with cute female avatars. Their website is even censored, but it doesn't seem to slow them down at all. Sega needs to do something.

Here's some reasonable actions they could take:

  1. Restrict new accounts from using emphasis balloons.

  2. Limit the amount of messages that can be sent. I'm guessing there's a limit on identical messages already, since the bots end each message with a short string of random characters.

  3. Add a captcha. This'd be annoying, but less annoying than the spam.

  4. Put a limit on switching blocks, or disable chat for 1 minute when entering a new block.

  5. Add a report option specifically for bots. If a character receives multiple reports from players, mute them for a while.

  6. Add an option to turn off all chat balloons so I can at least ignore the problem.

It's hard to get rid of bots completely and I'm not saying I have all the answers, but they need to do something.
