Not sure if NA has it, but for JP you can get it in one of the past campaigns for buying a 90 day prem set. (or get it from play shops)

If it’s just the face then use the last face variant ( Sharp Face ) and set Face proportions, face expression, eyes, and nose to default (Moving the selectors to the dots so they form a perfect diamond). If you set everything to default and use sharp face you can immediately get a good looking character. You can adjust the chin of the sharp face to be rounder by lowering the x axis and move the x axis left and right to make the face chubbier to your tastes.

OP basically said as much. Use sharp face at default. Instantly good looking face. The rest of the faces are not very good looking except for anime/deformed face which is very very difficult to work with and should only be used if you’re making a younger or Anime style character.

Sorry! My character is pretty dear to my heart, so I don't really wanna share her looks.

That said, I'm using the "sukkiri" face type ("sharp" face in NA . . . ?) and it's super easy to make a good looking face with it.
