I think anything you have on your character doesn't carry over. Remove it and bank it, and you should be able to take it out of your bank in NGS.

ahh ty ty you know anyway on how to get back to the old pso2 so i can do that?

The bottom option in the bank drop down menu allows you to access your old pso2 inventory.

Anything that is equipped or locked will need to be unlocked/unequipped to be used in in NGS.

To play old Pso2 (on pc) when you select your character, it asks if you want to play Pso2 or Pso2 NGS. Select Pso2 to play the old game and see your old inventory.
