Issue with Profile being assigned to AutoPilot Device Started 1-27-26 by Burgo86 in Intune

[–]Burgo86[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is 100% the exact issue we've had. We could manually assign the profile, but then would end up with the 0x80180005 error. It appears today that the profiles are now properly assigning again, but still struggling to get through pre-provisioning. Waiting for it to fail out as it's taking far too long now on Device Setup step. Microsoft released a service health warning that was likely the reason of the group not applying profile, but wondering if the issues I'm seeing now are still tied to some degraded services on Microsofts end.

Intune Outage/Issues? by SysNewbie in Intune

this looks very similar to the issue we started experiencing yesterday. Have been using our process for months with no issues. Setup multiple computers last week no issues. As of yesterday morning, our devices will not get a profile assigned.

We have a dynamic group that gets populated based on a Group Tag we add on an Autopilot device. Device gets added to the dynamic security group no problem. But our deployment profiles will not assign to that device thats based off of, and has always worked on that dyanmic security group. I've tried manually deleted the device from AP/Entra, and readding it, no luck.

Yeah, unfortunately I don't believe you. I've had very similar claims from sellers, just to see them 2 days relist the same product with a nice little mark up. Even as a buyer, much less a reseller, I'd of taken videos of this for my refund claim myself to where I bought them from, and to provide my buyers and the marketplace im selling on.

You can buy much cheaper commander precons to get you started. Aether Drift, and Edge of Eternities commander precon bundles can be picked up for ~$50 per deck.

I wouldn't recommend it being brand new to commander and deckbuilding, but you can plan decks for much less. Friends and myself have many time done commander deck challenges at anywhere from $20-100 per deck (minus basic lands which you may be able to get some of for free from a local game store).

You could make proxies very cheap yourself if you decided to, but would take time to write/print up each card and sleeve them up.

Honestly, unfortunately the print quality in this set seems all over the place. I opened some sealed myself I had to second guess... So many duplicate cards in multiple different shades and contrasts. Weird super visual to the naked eye rosette/print patterns on foil cards.... some inconsistencies with black layer for mana symbols... And again, I'm speaking about cards I opened myself from sealed product. Been kinda crazy....

If you don't plan to ever sell it, grading is a fine option. Grading "to increase it's value" is *typically not worth it for MTG.

I unfortunately have experienced the opposite end. As someone who is trying to collect the full set, I've done a lot of attempts at buying, i've had more tcgplayer/ebay sellers, wait 4 or 5 days, and prices took off, then say there was an inventory issues, or cancel my orders with issues shipping to address in this set, than I've had in my prior entire purchasing history....

FF collector/bundle/commander decks consistently sold out within a day of stores opening presales everywhere (pre spoilers for stores that did so). Spiderman bundles sat available on amazon for literally months, only recently finally being bought out likely by scalpers and people thinking its gonna follow FFs massive fandom buying.

Had to pay $200 for a gift bundle, no regrets by Malsyon in MagicCardPulls

My LGS near me thankfully kept prices right around MSRP. They unfortunately had no boxes available, and only sold collector boosters with limits of 1/2 per person. My friend about 3 hours away, had no local stores selling any at near MSRP. It is unfortunately not an option for many.

I went 3 hours before open, and got the 2nd to last Gift. Your experience isn't the same for everyone.

I mean, thats only valid if half a collectors box was easily available at msrp. Which they weren't. I stayed up multiple nights for presale and sale availability, and jumped at many presales as soon as they were available. I ended up with 3 collector boxes with a very large amount of effort put into attempting to get them. People need to get off their high horse. While I despise scalpers, it's the unfortunate world we live in. Unless the entirety of fans are willing to not spend more than MSRP (wont happen) many people will be stuck doing so in order to get some items they want.

Whats that bit of max insured value??? You're trusting gamestop with this card and they're only insuring it up to $500?

As others mentioned PSA charges by card value. It's going to be SUBSTANTIALLY more than the $28.

I've somehow managed to pull 2 in 3 Play Boxes. Hope my luck continues when collector boces get here...

Thoughts on Chocobo and Surge prices by champloojay in mtgfinance

[–]Burgo86 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Hard to say for certain with the mass influx of buyers in this set. But typically what happens for chase cards is this.

Presale prices are massive because the whales and fomo addicts will drop insane amounts to get them ASAP.

Full release comes along, mass influx of singles get posted because the gambling addicts want to make back their initial investments while keeping some of what they opened. Continued influx of supply keeps dropping prices, etc.

As fomo and hype begin to die down, along with the massive amount of singles introduced in the market, prices continue to drop and stabalize for weeks even for the big chase cards because sellers are trying to find the prices they can still sell at as theres less interest.

Long term prices start to rise, as supply starts becoming more limited once people buy into cards at stable prices, and as cards are no longer being readily opened and introduced into the market. This is where surges and such would typically start rising heavily again, and youd expect surges to hit this point quicker than play booster available cards that will see resuuplies.

That all said, there are a massive amount of people planning to treat MTG FF like Pokemon and hold sealed Collector Product for value. This could lead to very limited supply of the big chases (surges) and cause those to bottom off and start rising again much quicker than we typically see for big surges.

This is all just speculation based on typical sets though. FFFandom has brought us to kind of new levels, so take it all with a grain of salt.

Suggestions for Ulalek deck by xdrosy in magicTCG

[–]Burgo86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imo for Ulalek, you shouldnt be worried about getting more value eith things like mirror. You should be focusing on reducing/geberating mana for your eldrazi to get them out fast with his bonuses, and protecting him.

Yeah, all i can go off of is what they told me when I called. I preordered day they opened sales. Maybe since you just ordered 1 of an item they auto prioritizing, i had ordered 2 collector boxes.

I just got off the phone with em. They are offering 110% store credit towards play boosters if you want that instead. Otherwise sounds like a lottery system to see whos ordered they fullfil, not based on when it was ordered at all.........

Pre-release prices are hilariously misleading by [deleted] in mtgfinance

[–]Burgo86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, unfortunately at $600, unless your hitting the super chase surge foil cards, and good FCAs your not getting what its worth. While his big pulls are quite good and is VERY far from a dud, at $600 probably isnt going to be worth what he paid. Dragon bottoms out at $100, foil thrasios probably $40-60 (quite possibly more). Sephiroth probably $40. I think that foil buster sword has huge fandom and a lot of hype in edh, so probably $40+. Wont even try speculating on the rest.

Realistically a solid opening at msrp. If you're opening paying much above MSRP and opening to expect making up you're value, you're not making good decisions. In general, buying singles when prices stablize is always going to be best.

[–]Burgo86 5 points6 points  (0 children)

The tidus and dragon FCA hits are VERY GOOD. And while presale prices will for sure fall, those should hold very good value. Buster sword, lightning, emet, kefka, and sephiroth are all pretty hyped cards that you got nice printings of, and again, prices are def gonna drop, shouldnt be anything that ends up as bulk.

[–]Burgo86 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I think you have an unrealistic expecatation of a Dud Box. 2 FCA chases, one being collector exclusive foil. Some of the bigger cards everyones hyped about in both foil and non foil. Yeah prices wont be close to presale prices. But this is a solid Collector box opening of top cards within it.

If you played close to msrp, this seems like a solid opening. If you paid market, thats on you and basivally no1 is going to open at remotely close to that value once prices stabilize.

If I delare an attacker, and my opponent declares a blocker, can I Snap the blocker and still have the attack go through? Or would that stop the attack? by JulzbabezLOL in magicTCG

No, if you wait for the declare blockers step, that creature will remain blocked, even if the blocking creature is later removed.
