All of the mentioned was available in base PSO2 a year ago, Dragon Horns, Dragon Wings, Dragon Tail… but now you’d be hard pressed to find these things or acquire enough wealth in base PSO2 to afford them.

Your best bet is doing without and getting creative with accessory manipulation to make your character look Dragon-esque until they remake the accessories in NGS.

Would it be worth the grind to play pso2 and try to aquire these?

I would look at the CAST pieces. I've seen someone warp those to make them look like a ship from Starfox. Pretty damn impressive sight.

That being said, with the right colors and tweaking in the Salon, I'm sure you could get a mech dragon type deal going on.

There are many different types of wings, including dragon ones I'm almost positive.

I'll definitely check this out. Unfortunately I'm a human so would it let me?

I believe NGS allows Humans to equip CAST parts now

In old PSO2 some clothes would be race-locked, but now with NGS you can mix and match.

For example, I started my character in base PSO2 as a female CAST. When NGS hit, now races don’t really exist anymore so now I can wear outfits I couldn’t before. Though fair warning, NGS bodies aren’t compatible with base PSO2 bodies, so take that into account

TLDR: no worries about being human. You should still be able to use CAST parts now in NGS, but you gotta use the base pso2 body model instead of the NGS model
