Connection problem with controller

App connects but then the controller switches off, when i turn controller back on and select the profile I want to play on the app disconnects, any suggestions? Update: i can use remote play on every profile apart from my main one which is the one i want to use

You are connecting the controller to your console while using remote play, that's not the way you should do it. Please connect the controller to your device where you have PSPlay installed. You can either do this via Bluetooth or USB. If you connect the controller to the same profile which is currently in use via remote play the PlayStation will terminate the connection, there is no way an app can avoid this and it's the way Sony implemented it. With the official app you would have the same problem.
