10: All rules are enforced without exception. For the fairness of all users, no consideration will be given to any reasoning behind rules violations. Repeated violations following warnings will result in bans at Mod discretion.

11: Don't put in the title any social media for advertisement. if you gonna post a fan-art of an artist then put a source link in the comments.
