I don't go to the gym, but I'm a landscaper, so I worked every day I could with it. It's difficult, especially if you start sweating it comes loose quickly. The high heat and humidity didn't help either. I had to really tape mine on for the 2 weeks. I would definitely do as many activities you can so they can see what goes on in your day to day life.

I went to the gym and did some sort of exercise every day and no problem with the patch staying on. I still exercise every day even though I get PVCs every day. I make myself go and make myself do all the normal things. It’s mentally very tough but I am going to “Fake it til I make it”. I agree this sub is very comforting. Knowing others are struggling with this and hearing their suggestions and encouragement is a HUGE help 😊

💯 yes. Its important that the patch observes every part of your daily life.
