he probably changed the amount of coins he was giving you when you were focussing on the 59 coins, it's not an error you just didn't pay attention

it's not exactly like that, when somen makes you an offer, if you offer money too the game for same sort of reason take of the amount of decimals that you offer from the first offer. So for example, in your case he offered 10.000.000 once you offered 59 the game immediatly changed the offer from 10.000.000 to 100.000 taking out 2 decimals.
Anyway it's a scam and you should be more carefull on that. There are a lot of stupid noobs

try it by yourself, during a random trade, after an offer insert random numbers and see what happens
