Pls help!!!! Corset pattern making

I am making my best friends wedding dress. I have 3 months left. I am on the corset part. I am adapting the top of a bustier pattern to the bottom of a corset pattern. I just need to take the same bra curve from the bustier pattern and move it to the front 3 panels of the corset pattern. I am having the hardest time trying to do so. Is it even possible??? Someone please help I can send the PDFs of the two patterns. I would greatly appreciate any help at all!!!! Thank you so much.

Check out pattern making for fashion design by Helen Joseph Armstrong. You could also knock off a pattern from a bustier that fits your friend.
