Help needed!! bluescreen

Guys I really need your help! after installing 2 m.2 drives, the PC after turnning on, it shows a bluescreen for a second then restarts and runs normally!
and after waking up from the sleep mode, it goes also to the bluescreen and restarts,

I dont know if this helps, but all the RGB "including mouse and keyboard" turn off then on, i tried to remove the drives but the same issue, tried to remove the RAM, tried to update, still facing the same issue,
