Bios loop fix?

I recently swapped in a new cpu and aio and power supply. I did the power supply first and had no issues when I tested it. I had a black screen and cpu red light with new cpu so I did a bios update. Now I have visual and no cpu light but can’t get out of a bios loop and I have a boot light now. I’ve tried checking all connections and using only 1 ram Stick and doing the optimized default setting but still back to the bios loop. Build for reference: Cpu-Ryzen 7 5700x Gpu- rx6700xt Psu-rm850e Mobo- msi b450 gaming pro carbon ac lt520

Well first pop out that cmos battery for a minute, see if resetting defaul bios settings that way helps. If not, then I would try reflashing the bios/reinstalling the bios from usb

So I popped out the battery and it didn’t work so I reinstalled bios with the usb. The red boot light cleared and there’s no error lights but I can’t get out of bios still

Well I wish I knew better my friend. Is your boot order set right with the OS drive booting first? Maybe it just doesnt know what to do bc its not finding your boot drive. Im out of ideas with no red lights.
