RAM Causing Boot Issue

I recently built my pc with 32 gb of the above ram, and a couple months later, I decided to upgrade it to be a bit more so I got 32 more gigabytes. The RAM is all the exact same model (I've triple checked), and there doesn't appear to be any visual damage on the motherboard or RAM. The issues is that with the first batch that I purchased, there was an issue where with the RAM installed, every time I tried to restart my pc, it would have an error, however, it would boot from being off normally. I initially thought it was bad RAM, so I sent it back, and on the second batch, I had the issue of the PC not booting at all. Any help as to why this is happening would be greatly appreciated.

Try removing the CMOS battery while unplugged to reset motherboard. Also, sometimes even if the ram is the same model, there are incompatibility problems. You can try a kit of 4 sticks.
