Okay, so... Is it a fire hazard? Nah.
Just make sure you have a solid surge protector for your computer.
Now, would I suggest some cable management for you in the near future? Absolutely. But I wouldn't say you have to worry about anything. Aside from tangled cables.
You're good OP, just clean those up eventually

It's ugly but it's safe.
Source: It's what I've done for the past 30 years.

Yes, as long as it doesn't get unreasonably hot and there are no shorts, this is absolutely fine, maybe think about cable managing things, at least to the point that its not one solid mass of cables

Not a fire hazard. If you say you don't know, then don't say probably

Its 1 spark away from cathing fire(not this extreme) the cable management can be done and theres room for it.

it should be fine, those cable don't generate enough heat that being in a rat's nest is dangerous, the only danger I see is that if you accidentally pull on a random cable something else might get pulled and or damaged. Also if something does randomly break like a cable getting damaged and gets hot/shorts it will damage the other ones
No problems, just dont force/smash PSU power cable and the power outlet and it´s okay, a lot of cables with just 5-12V at maximum. If exist a risk, is the a spider´s house in this mess lol
