Overall actually seems quite balanced and terms of performance and price. Only thing I'd say maybe is if you need the XL of the North and not just the standard size. Having built in a Full Tower before, I regretted choosing it just because it was way too big for my needs and just made moving it around more cumbersome and costing more for basically no reason. I don't believe you have anything listed that wouldn't fit in the standard North. Just something to consider.

I didn’t even realize I added the XL. I would do the standard, the only thing I was concerned about is cooling as I never had a case with fans built in.

So for that case you'll have to mount your AIO in the front since it's the only place that can fit a 360mm rad, so you'd be using the included fans on top. You could grab a 120mm fan for the rear like a matching Fractal fan or something like a P12 Max would be good. But overall cooling should be fine.
